At FERTILITY MOM, INC., we stand behind the value of our digital educational products. Due to the nature of our Services, the following policy applies to all purchases.

No Refunds on Digital Products All purchases, including low-ticket/tiny offers, guides, templates, mini-courses, bonuses, courses, coaching programs, and access to member portals or content, are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.

This is because:

• Access and delivery are immediate and permanent upon purchase (digital download, login credentials, or instant streaming).
• Products consist of non-returnable digital goods (pre-recorded videos, PDFs, frameworks, etc.).
• No physical items are involved, and content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for reasons including (but not limited to): change of mind, dissatisfaction, partial/non-use, technical issues on your end, or failure to achieve results.

Exceptions Refunds will only be considered if expressly required by applicable law (e.g., material non-performance by the Company, fraud, or other legal requirement). Coupon/promotional/pricing errors may be corrected at our discretion, potentially minus processing fees.

How This Policy is Disclosed This Refund Policy is conspicuously posted and linked on our sales/checkout pages (via hyperlink or notice) prior to any billing information request and before purchase completion, in compliance with applicable New York and federal requirements. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge reviewing and agreeing to this policy.
