Program Introduction and Expectations

Welcome to Empowered Fertility Renewal!

Please read your orientation packet all the way through for detailed information on everything you need to get started!

To make the program the most successful, please access:

1. The program course and materials inside this portal. Here you will find specific instruction on all lifestyle, diet, and other changes to make
2. The weekly coaching calls to provide answers to your questions and optimize your plan as you progress through the program steps and materials
3. The private, members-only Facebook group 

Please work your way through the program in the order it is presented. Start at Module 1 and go in order at your own pace, as fast or as slow as you feel you need to.

In order for Fertility Mom to help you adjust your plan and answer any questions you have, you need to fill out Question Submission Forms and attend coaching calls. Please read the Coaching Call Information document for further information on how to register for the calls, submit questions, and join the Facebook group.
